Shipping policy

We pack every order by hand in Piro, Bihar, and send it by courier anywhere in India.

In short

• Dispatch: within 1 to 2 working days of your order.
• Delivery: usually 3 to 7 days after dispatch, depending on where you live.
• Delivery charge: ₹79 on orders under ₹299. Free on orders of ₹299 and above.
• Where: India only.

When your order is sent

Every piece listed in our shop is dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of your order. Working days are Monday to Saturday, except public holidays. Custom and personalised pieces are made for you first; we agree the time with you before we start.

Busy seasons, such as festivals and Valentine's Day, can take a little longer. We will tell you if your order will be delayed.

How long delivery takes

After dispatch, most parcels arrive in 3 to 7 days. Remote areas can take longer. These times are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or by events outside our control, such as weather, strikes or public restrictions.

If you need a gift by a certain date, message us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it can arrive in time.

Delivery charges

Delivery is ₹79 on orders under ₹299, and free on orders of ₹299 and above. The charge for your order is always shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay. All prices include GST.

Tracking your order

Once your parcel is with the courier, we send you the tracking link by email, SMS or WhatsApp. You can also follow it on our Track your order page with your order number.

Your address and phone number

Please check that your address, PIN code and phone number are correct and complete: the courier calls this number. To change an address, message us before your order is dispatched. After dispatch we cannot change it.

If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address is incorrect or incomplete, it is refused, or the courier cannot reach you after repeated attempts, it comes back to us and we will contact you. Sending it again needs an extra delivery charge. See our Refund Policy.

If your parcel arrives damaged

We pack each piece to protect its shape. If the parcel looks damaged or opened, please record a video while you open it, and tell us within 48 hours of delivery. Our Refund Policy explains what happens next.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver within India only. A few PIN codes are not served by our couriers; if yours is one of them, checkout will tell you, or we will contact you and refund the order in full.
